Refund policy

If you wish to return an item then please contact us within 14 days of the date it was delivered via email to info@sugarstamp.co.uk. Please do not try to contact us via Instagram as these messages are not always monitored.

 

Items purchased during a SALE are none returnable/exchangeable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original untampered packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

The returned item remains your responsibility until we receive it and we cannot accept responsibility for the loss of the item and advise customers to return goods by recorded delivery with the appropriate insurance. We DO NOT cover the return shipping cost. When we receive the item back, we will review if the item has not been used or tampered. We will then refund the product cost only via credit voucher that will be valid for 12 months. If you used a discount code you will receive the total after the discount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The right to return goods does not apply to perishable goods (ie. food colouring, sprinkles and other edibles). However in the instance of a faulty product being delivered please contact us as soon as possible and we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale & custom items (ie. vellum paper, custom embossers/slimpress) or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited via the email address that was used to place your order.
